How much do you charge?

I’m lucky enough to have a good day job which allows me to keep what I charge way down low and spend heaps of time on every track I work on. My price is honestly not a reflection of the quality of the result. Music generally and the local Newy music scene have given me so much over the years. I’m really passionate about trying to give local artists an opportunity they might not otherwise get to have an affordable product that is still great quality.

It depends on what you require, but my pricing starts at $300 for a finished track. That’s Recorded, Mixed and Mastered with not much of a focus on how long it takes us or how many revisions we need (within reason of course). If you’re a full band, need some help with writing or arranging songs or if you need session players it might be a little more. If you’re a solo singer songwriter or if you provide me with your own tracks for just a mix / master it might be less.

When are you available?

I’m available for weekday afternoon sessions (usually 6pm-9pm) for sessions without a drum kit. I can also help on weekends and this is when I record with a full band.

Why is it called “BeeGee Studio”?

No, I don’t have any affiliation with the legendary Aussie band the Bee Gees. My studio is on Bulls Garden Rd and my mates call me Stevee Bee, that somehow turned into Steve Beegee.
